Poetry with Salena Godden and Scarlett Sabet
I gotta say, I've never before thought much of poetry read aloud. But I feel differently now. thank you. No reply needed.
More nonsense about White male privilege? It’s class not gender that is the issue . Are you trying to say a white homeless man or a white working class male has more privilege than a ( regardless of skin colour ) middle or upper class female ? You talk utter nonsense .
The evil Trump has brought? Some years later the democrats have proven more evil and by a considerable margin The Democrats saved democracy by cheating in the 2020 election and overthrowing democratic governments in Ukraine , Honduras , Bolivia , Pakistan . Proops you are not the smartest man in the world not even close . And I bet you hate Russians too
Interesting that Prince albert victor and maybrick had a connection. Considering its previously been suggested that p.a.v fathered a child to one of the women and the 4 other women were her friends. Also that he stated the king was highest fm. Just pondering.
❤ Podracing is 🤘👌✌️🍕
The self voiced audiobook for this book is, by far, the best audiobook ever crafted, in any genre.
In my mind
I like how Scarlett pronounces the word “room” like “ruime”
Truly a remarkable book. Thank you for broad casting.
Why didnt the rest of the masonic system reach out to Maybrick and ask him to stop making a fool out of them, in this theory? Surely the ripper crimes were causing scotland yard and even the crown some distress. Why not silence the guy behind it? Or at least rein him in?
Self-Esteem isn’t the same as grandiosity, which stems from insecurity. Hitler didn’t have self-esteem, or self-worth, he had a lot of delusions of grandeur, which is narcissistic.
This is such a fantastic and enjoyable interview.
great ideas .what do you with the myopic WEF thinking tones?
what a load o bollocks
Such a great event. John is a legend.
I am fascinating by Mr.Sands! I I know him from the documentation "My Nazi Legacy"where he visited the sons of two Nazi perpetrators, Niklas Frank and Horst Wächter.I really want to read the books, "East West Street"must be so interesting!
Had the good fortune to visit your store when I was in Paris last year. It was a wonderful experience. I am reading Carhart’s “The piano shop on the left bank” now and will get to this book next :).
Living in abnormal conditions creates abnormal living conditions , social structure. People know of this but some one has to start the spark for understanding the cause lying at the root. It will not be easy . If you think it will be easy you do not even understand the cause , root cause of this disease. It is a disease . We all got sick. We as part of humanity must get control over this disease that turned us into orphans.
All the booze finally caught up with him, lol. I'm a first-generation Withnail & I fanatic, so it's sad to see him go all dotty in his old age, though it happens to the best of them, I guess. Still, it's as if Marwood wound up as some old man ranting about Freemasons and Jack the Ripper. Not the way I'd have pictured him turning out as he walked away from Withnail and towards his budding film career, eyes full of wonder and promise. File under: Downsides to Getting Sober.
Not sure he’s right about who Jack the Ripper is but as books go on the subject it’s the best thing I’ve read x
Why I’m No Longer Talking to White People About Race; the hideous ignorance of Reni Eddo-Lodge History Debunked ruclips.net/video/HKKnURCpaIA/видео.html
Wow that sounds awesome free England you know freedom the American way. You just had to go back in time to England Drugs ya
I came for Lara Pawson and was not disappointed. 🌟
My contribution: Thank you for the kind file. Mr. Whitman was in France, but Chirac was a mayor. Bernie Madoff lived close to Shakespeare and Co.'s East Side shop. Os Lusíadas is a well know book from Camões, but I tried to learn English since I was a child and listened Tom Jobim. I was supposed to be with Sting, but I helped Mr. Riv, who was a great musician of difficult temper. During Covid. my school chorus classmate celebrated the 1 yr. Samba Club she tried to put together in Germany. My contribution is the Happy Birthday file in my RUclips. Sting sang with Stevie Wonder and I had to drive to Liberty State Park during Covid to record it. Andrea Bocelli made a Concert at Liberty State Park years ago and Sinatra is NJ guy.
☝Sinatra sang at Maksoud Plaza Hotel in São Paulo, SP, Brazil. This Hotel is currently closed.
Both of my children read fine. They also draw. Cooking isn't my strengh, but I learnt a lot about it. Sport builds team work, but competition builds individuals. The challenge is earn self-steem among atonement.
Best musician? I wont share, but listened Genesis. Kate Bush shared Wuthering Heights before John Lennon's tragedy. I heard them in my childhood. Amazon is holding some of my song playlist. I should get paid instead of the other way around because Sanchez dodged the picture scandal, while Hillary and Bill had to make sacrifices. I'm not speaking from a party preference because Al Gore was a good campaigning match.
Anyways...life moves on and Oppenheimer got some Golden Globe trophies. The boy and the heron won the animation feature, but it wasn't exactly the best at this time.
Thanks for uploading this. Looking forward to getting my copy of Release the Bats.
All well when it ends well ;)
You know - there's an entire continent where everyone looks much like you do. But instead of living there, you prefer to colonize Europe, and demand the indigenous Europeans discard their culture and identity for your benefit.
Interesting
Wrong right off the bat, not the widows men, but sons of the widow, or the widows son are the terms that are used, if his research got that little matter wrong how does he expect us to believe the rest of his narrative.
anybody else noticed her overly speedy way of talking ...and constant way of turning something into laughable material for her comedy ..when actually the female body is quite important ....everything she says..i want to go ...yeah i know!! i know!! i know!!! ....anything else
Just started listening and was struck by her use of the word 'yoni' as it's one I have had much affection for. I comes from Hinduism and refers to the vulva but also divine procreative energy and is a representation of the Hindu goddess Shakti.
The Years is one of the best autobiographies which run in parallel with collective memories, both historical but also capturing minute moments people are living through that are meaningful only to them, while history as a whole marches inexorably forward. What a fantastic book, and what a treat to have an interview with the author about it. The interpreter was incredible!
34:35 slay
Translation (because version traduite) is so utterly stupid i feel sorry for the french who like to know more about these authors
❤💜
Great story!
In many ways, the UK of today has gone back to authoritarian ways, but this time, it's the ways of the authoritarian Left.
there's no such thing as "race" as she well knows.... what then exactly is she talking about? Exacerbating the obsession with looks? And here she is talking to "white people" about "race" after all. Very childish.
Self indulgent, pretentious , Leftist , miserablist hypicrite. Hated her parents as she looked down on their working class ways. Married an upper class French man (she enjoyed mixing in Bourgeois society) she then resented her husband. Tedious long trips to the USSR, Albania and Alkende's Chile ...romanticises Communist repressive regimes. This woman is a narcisstic, disgruntled depressive. No wonder Phillipe left her...the main was a Saint.
I believe in God !
this is lit as hell
We need people like Bruce, but I don't feel moved to chuck out modern masonry, or indeed our Monarchy. Blair was a marxist at University. I never voted for him.
Gosh the guy at the beginning speaks so fast I feel like I’m going to have a panic attack 😆
Terrible poetry. Sabet has her fall back, Jimmy Page. To disgrace the City Lights Bookstore with her is blasphemy!!!
Not unless he has her somewhere in his will. And, she's got a bonefied, certified, verified copy.
what aload of bollecks lol
great content ....I love Andy Miller's book The Year of Reading Dangerously .....thank you for this brilliant conversation ....please share more content like this ...love and respect
Another lefty whiner for whom Britain is the worst country in the World . After 10 minutes of his droning monotone I lost the Will to Live . I assume it didn't get any better ..?
If everyone is a freemason, then no one is a free Mason. Freemasons, the go - to group conspiracy theories reach for when the jews are otherwise busy. My dad and grandfather were masons, and apart from funding entire hospitals, I don't know what they got up to. Even though the movement is dying from lack of young joiners, perhaps feminism could invade it!
Goddamn, Smith
Interesting.... I tried to Google the mayor's of early 20th century Ryde mayor's and all I got was recently elected mayor's 🤔
The fact that there number of likes in this info is in the 10ths not in the 100ths tells you something about the root cause.
